In order to install a brake controller on a dump truck you'd first need to start with a 4-way trailer connector and then adapt this to a 7-way so you can hook up a brake controller. I won't have much info for anyone particular dump truck but I can pretty confidently say none are going to have a plug-in-play option. It's also important to note this setup is for models with a 12 volt system. I have attached my recommend parts below.
Upgraded Circuit Protected Tail Light Converter Hardwire Kit part # 119178KIT
4 to 7-Way with 4-Way Adapter part # ETBC7
Brake EVN # TK63VR
We don't have specific install videos on a dump truck but each product will have videos and as they are universal parts should help you with the install on your application.
