From our experience the Ranger Trail Boat Trailers like your 2003 Ranger Trail R61 use inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649 but you will want to confirm this by verifying which inner and outer bearings your trailer uses.

You can determine which bearing combination your trailer uses by pulling one of the hubs and looking for the bearing numbers stamped on the face of the inner and outer bearing as shown in the included picture of the # L44649.

If your bearings are worn to the point that you cannot read the bearing numbers you will need to use digital calipers like the # PTW80157 to precisely measure you spindles according to the included diagram.

If your trailer does use the # L68149 and # L44649 I recommend the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K if you are needing an idler hub, or the Trailer Hub/Drum Assembly - 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized # AKHD-545-35-G-EZ-K if you are needing a hub and drum assembly.

Both of these options are galvanized and are designed for marine applications.

I included videos for both of the hubs mentioned for you to take a look at.
