The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III # 13268 you were looking at is confirmed to fit your 2017 Volvo XC60 R-Design, and may require you to trim the bumper fascia to clear the hitch. You will also need to trim the heatshield slightly, but you will not need to permanently remove anything. All of the hitches for your vehicle will have the same requirements.
You may also be interested in a trailer wiring harness # 118739, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 if you are planning on towing with your vehicle.
