I recommend the Draw-Tite receiver, part # 76116, for your 2015 Volvo XC60 T6 R-Design. The R-Design model likely requires you to remove and trim the rear bumper cover but it's still going to fit. I've lined a video that shows the installation but it's not an R-Design so it doesn't show the trimming unfortunately.

The recommended ball mount is one with a 2 inch drop and 3/4 inch rise like the Curt # C45010. It fits hitch balls with a 1 inch diameter shank like 2 inch ball # 63845 and 1-7/8 inch ball # 19260. For a standard pin and clip to hold the ball mount in place use # PC3. If you prefer a locking pin use # e98880.

Finally to power the trailer's lights you need a wiring harness. I recommend the Tekonsha, part # 118739, that plugs into connectors on you Volvo that are located on both sides of the rear cargo area behind some trim panels. I've linked a video so you can see the location.
