I don't have exactly what you want, but I do have a solution.
The Rock Tamers come in three sizes based on the hitch receiver size, which will be 2”, or 2-1/2”, or 3”. The other important requirement is 1” open area on the shank right next to the receiver. I have attached a picture illustrating this requirement.
We do not have a two-ball mount that works with a typical 2” receiver, has 6” of drop\lift, and comes with 2” and a 1-7/8” balls.
The closest match you can make is with a Curt # C24WR aluminum ball mount, featuring 6” drop or 5 inch rise and has the 1” ball hole diameter needed for Rock Tamers. You can bolt on a Tow Smart # 3481256 combination ball that work with couplers sized 1-7/8” or 2” or 2-15/16”.
If you have a different size receiver (like 2-1/2” or 3”) just email me back for a new recommendation.
I have included links and videos for these products.
