Proper Hitch Number for a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee

How come when i type my year in 2020 jeep grand cherokee the will hitch 13065 will not fit i like that style

Hitches are custom-designed for every vehicle based on the vehicle frames.
Some years, the new model of a car line aren't very different and the previous year's hitch will still work. Other years, there's a significant enough change to the vehicle line that makes it so that hitch will no longer work, and a new design must be made.
The Curt # C13065 does not fit Grand Cherokees later than 2017.
If you're looking for a similar hitch that will fit your 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I recommend the Draw-Tite # 75699. Like the Curt from above, this hitch is a Class III with a square tube, 2" receiver, and a black powder coat. It even has the same gross towing weight (5000 pounds) and tongue weight (500 pounds) which increase when coupled with a weight distribution system (7500 pounds and 750 pounds respectively).
