The Draw-Tite Class I hitch you referenced, part # 24867 is indeed a fit for AWD Juke models only.
For the front wheel drive model, you will need the Draw-Tite Class I receiver, part # 24892. I have spoken with my representative at Draw-Tite, who has confirmed the hitch as a fit for your Juke.
Due to the lowered tongue weight capacity of a Class I hitch, if you are using a bike rack, you will want to be sure to use a bike rack that is compatible with a Class I hitch. I have linked you to our selection of Class I compatible bike racks.
I have also linked you to the install instructions for both hitches I recommended.
