Be sure to triple check your measurement of the end of the hub cap to make sure before you purchase. The largest pilot hole I have for that size wheel and tire is from Kenda 4.80/4.00-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C # AM30060 . The pilot diameter is 2.8". It's a 4.00-8 Non Radial Trailer Tire and has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern.

I do have a 12 inch tire with a pilot hole measuring 3.19" # AM30580. If you have a fender you may have to remove it for it to fit.
