How To Install a 4-Pole Trailer Connector on 2015 Chevy Tahoe With Existing 7-Way

I need a 7 pin to 4 pin adaptor for my 2015 Chevy Tahoe. Please advise on correct part please.

You could use an adapter like # PK12716, but I'd personally rather use a t-connection like what's provided by the # 118384 from Tekonsha as a permanently mounted solution. Too often folks will leave an adapter sitting on the bumper and drive off, and the adapter is gone-never to be seen again (ask me how I know this).
The # 118384 4-pole connector would plug inline at the connection where the factory tow package harness plugs into the rear of your existing 7-way. Simply unplug the harness from the rear of the connector, plug the # 118384 inline with that connection, and you're good to go with a 4-pole connector that you can't drive off without. The harness installs as shown in the linked video.
