when mounting a 6 point 3.0 leveling system can the center jack be more than 12 from tire my rear jack jack will be mounted approximately 24 from landing gear

The 9 inch distance is fine and will work great for the center jacks of the Lippert Ground Control part #LC675817. Just make sure the other side has the jacks at the same dimension.
