Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Over Extended And Now Doesn't Have Power On 2020 Keystone Montana

Question:

The rear jacks extended to far during auto leveling and the panel went blank. I ran the rear jack down manually to an acceptable height, but still can’t restore power to the panel. I can’t seem to locate fuses for the panel as that was suggested in material I read. Rig is brand new so don’t believe it is a parts issue. Any way to reset panel so that I can reset jacks? Thank you. Keystone:Montana High Country 2020 Lipert electric leveling system

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC358590 on your 2020 Keystone Montana High Country.

I reached out to Lippert to and they mentioned that you will need to check the 50 amp circuit breaker as it likely tripped when the rear jacks over extended. This breaker will be located on the power wire running from the battery to the controller and should be close to the battery. There will be either a button or lever on the breaker you will use to reset it.

If that doesn't fix the problem you will need to unplug the controller for 5 minutes and then plug it back in to fully reset it.
