I have freedom hubs #45264 on 12inch wheels on 5x8 utility trailer. What are the correct pre assembled complete hubs for my application?

If you have drum assemblies then I recommend the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3.5K E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K for your replacement hubs. If you have idler hubs, then I recommend the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K.

The grease that is in the hub part #AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K is the wheel bearing grease part #L11315. This grease is Lithium-based.
