To choose the correct hub there are a couple of measurements that we need or we can use the numbers that are on your current bearings and seals. If you have them out already take a look and let me know what they are. If you can't find numbers on them then measuring the spindle is the best solution.

For accuracy use a dial caliper like the 4" Carbon Fiber Digital Caliper part # PTW80157 and measure the areas indicated in the linked photo to help figure out what you need exactly.

We will also need the number of lugs that the hub has.

I recommend replacing an entire ladder if it's damaged. You'll want to find a replacement based on the height. Such as the Stromberg Carlson #LA-401 that is 99-1/2 inches tall. They can be cut shorter to customize the length if needed.
