Curt has a fifth wheel rail kit that fits your 2013 Ram 1500 6-1/2 foot bed with the part # C16444-204 but the kit you mentioned is not a fit.

We do have a Curt fifth wheel bracket kit that fits your 2017 Ram 1500 5-1/2 foot bed with the part #C16444 which is part of the full rail kit part #C16444-204. The other kits you mentioned do not fit.
