The side plates by themselves are not something that can be purchased separately. So to get the side plates you would need to get the entire installation kit, the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Custom Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC #BWGNRM1067.

If you have the center section of a B and W Turnoverball Gooseneck hitch already but need the hitch part #BWGNRK1067 all you need for the rails is the #BWGNRM1067 which is just the rails of that hitch kit.
