For your Curt # C13406 Class-III Hitch the best threaded (anti-rattle) locking hitch pin is the etrailer # e99047 Locking hitch pin with 5/8" pin diameter. The threaded portion of the hitch pin allows you to tighten up the connection between your 2" receiver and your hitched item, be it a bike rack, cargo carrier or light trailer and ensure a quite rattle-free drive in addition to securing your hithced item.
