What is the main difference between BX1126 and BX1134?

The difference between the # BX1126 and # BX1134 is the Jeep bumpers they're compatible with. The # BX1126 so compatible with the standard factory front bumper, while the # BX1134 is only compatible with the ARB Stubby Bar bumper.
In addition to the base plates, you'll also need a tow bar, a wiring harness, a supplemental braking system and perhaps a high/low adapter. I've linked to a help article that lists the various available products to flat tow your 2011 Wrangler.
