The Curt # C17063 MV weight distribution system is designed for trailers with tongue weights ranging from 1000 to 1400 lbs, so it would be over rated for your trailer, and would be ineffective. If the maximum weight of the trailer and its contents won't exceed 5000 lbs, then the fully loaded tongue weight would be around 750 lbs at most.

The most similar system appropriate for your trailer's tongue weight would be # C17051. The system is rated for tongue weights up to 800 lbs, which should be right in the wheelhouse of what you need. The sway control unit is sold separately as part # 17200. This setup would work pretty well for you, but if you've experienced moderate to severe sway with this particular trailer before, you might consider a system with a better performing sway control component like the Curt TruTrac, part # C17499.

The TruTrack would do a much better job of stopping the trailer sway, and would allow you to back the trailer while with friction units like the # 17200, you'd need to remove the unit when backing because the unit will be destroyed if you jackknife the trailer. For either system, you'd need to add a trailer ball, part # A-90.
