Lock Compatible With Kuat Transfer Bike Rack

I am looking for a low profile threaded lock compatible with my hitch. According to my research, someone has used this lock with the hitch. Problem is, this rack is threaded, and I can not use item #5200. Is there a way to purchase a threaded bolt for the 5200? Please Advise

If you have the Kuat Transfer TS02G and you are looking for a threaded lock for it, this one is made specifically for that rack # HLT.
