Will the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver work with a Thule Double Track Bike rack?
Question:
I have a 2016 Toyota Tundra Crewmax SR5 with TRD Off Road package. Will the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver work with a Thule Double Track Bike rack? I wanted to make sure there was clearance between the Thule bike rack and front bumper of my Tundra.

The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 31198 is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Tundra Crewmax SR5 with TRD Off Road package. Skid shield, if present, will be removed to create a four inch hole for oil filter access, and reattached, or may be left off. This front mounted hitch receiver will work with some bike racks but due to the large recess to the hitch pin hole an extension like # e88YR.
With the extender the Thule Double Track # TH92BJ will work well. When using an accessory on the front of your vehicle you simply want to make sure you don't limit the air flow to your radiator. This bike rack won't be an issue and will serve you well.
