Slide Out Topper Needed for 2020 Jayco Eagle HT Travel Trailer

Our 2020 Jayco came set up with the railing and hardware for a Solara topper for the slideout. I would like to order the roller and fabric if you sell that by itself. If not I would still like to order the whole set since having a hard time finding it at the dealership but I am really confused at what size to order. The slideout from outside of flange to outside of flange is 106. Can you please advice which part number and size awning to order? your help is greatly appreciated!!

Since your flange-to-flange measurement is 106" you'll want to go with either the Black # LCV000168325 or White # LCV000163291 Slide-Out Awning Kit. These some with the mounting brackets and flanges so if you already have those installed on your 2020 Jayco Eagle HT you can keep them as extras in case you eventually need them.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.

I would recommend using shims to move the slide out awning #LCV000251461 out far enough that it wouldn't interfere and you could install it where it needs to go.

According to Solara (Lippert), the correct number of turns to set the proper tension of their slide toppers like what #LC34FR fits is between 12 to 16 turns, so I'd consider 14 to be a pretty good happy medium.
