For a hitch for your 2012 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van with a 144 inch wheelbase and a step bumper you would want the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13358 that you referenced.
For a 2012 Sprinter van with a 144 inch wheel base without a step bumper you would want a Curt Hitch # 13358.
For trailer wiring you would want a Tekonsha # 118650 harness. This will work on Sprinter vans with and without step bumpers. Check out the installation videos I attached below.
Now to convert the 4-way to a 7-way you would want a 4 to 7-way adapter part # 37185 for just standard functions (running lights, left and right turn signals and brakes). If you require the 7-way to be fully functional you'll want to use part # ETBC7 this gives you the 4-way functions but also adds in the 12V power lead, Brake controller wire and your reverse signal generally required for larger trailers.
