Can the Maxxfan MA00-04000K be Used in a Bathroom
Question:
The product description says it shouldn’t be used near showers. My current Bathroom fan is about 1’-2’ from my shower. Will this not work? If not, what do you recommend as a replacement for the standard basic fan? I already have a cover so I really just need the fan and internal shroud.

I understand your concern. That is a bit confusing. The MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat part # MA00-04000K should not be used inside of an enclosed shower but is perfectly acceptable to use in bathrooms that have showers in them. These are commonly used for this exact application.
