If your 2019 Ram 3500 is a 4WD model, it can be flat towed without modification. RWD vehicles will require a driveshaft disconnect.

As far as flat towing equipment goes, you'll need a tow bar, base plates, a wiring harness, a supplemental braking system and possibly a high/low adapter if the height difference between the base plates and the receiver on the motorhome is greater than 3 inches.

For a tow bar, I'd recommend the Roadmaster Blackhawk 2, part # RM-422. This is an all-terrain tow bar that's self aligning and non binding. You won't need to get the truck perfectly aligned behind the motorhome. Just hook up and go. The tow bar will self align and lock into place as you drive off. For base plates, I'd go with the Roadmaster # RM-522204-5 Direct Connect base places. You'll also need some safety cables like # RM-643.

For a wiring harness, I'd recommend a diode system like # RM-15267 and for a supplemental braking system, use the Roadmaster Invisibrake, part # RM-8700. You'll also need a # RM-751460 stop light switch and a # RM-9332 12-volt outlet kit.

Finally, you might need a high/low adapter. If your truck has the stock ride height on 275/70-18 tires, the base plate height when installed will be 24-1/4 inches.
