Why Does Curt Hitch 13358 Fit 2011 Mercedes Sprinter Passenger Van

Curt class 3 hitch for 2011 Mercedes Sprinter 2500, your page says this hitch doesn’t fit the passenger van, do you know why not? I don’t want to spend another $100 for DrawTite receiver unless absolutely necessary. Can you please explain the difference?

It's an exhaust placement issue that prevents the Curt hitch part # 13358 from fitting the passenger van versions of the 2011 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 2500. That's why you'd need the Draw Tite # 75549.
