The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2012 Jeep Wrangler with factory bumper is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98856 because it has an extended receiver tube which is going to improve clearance of the rear spare tire when using hitch mounted accessories such as a bike rack or cargo carrier. Furthermore, this trailer hitch has a matte finish which will help it blend in with the vehicle more for the best overall look.
