Rough Opening Required to Install Greystone 324-000068 Fireplace

Im looking for a fireplace to replace my old one that has quit. There is no name at all on it. It literally says Electric fireplace on the back tag. It looks very similar to this Greystone. Do you happen to know if the dimensions listed are for the cutout or overall with glass front? Thanks!

According to Greystone, the rough opening necessary to install the # 324-000068 will be 26-1/4" wide x 20-1/2" tall x 5-3/8" deep and the overall dimensions are 28-3/8" wide x 21-3/8" tall x 5 1-2" deep.
