I have a solution but unfortunately we do not have a custom fit plate like that confirmed to fit your 2019 GMC Sierra 2500.

Instead I have the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs front part # TLC2220 and rear par # TLC3215
