For the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Front Tie-Downs # TLC2220 the 1/2-inch bolt that is to be installed in the hole in the bottom of the front spring perch should be placed using the included coiled bolt fisher wire. Insert the coiled end into the hole on the bottom of the perch and run it out the side. Then attach the bolt's threaded end and pull it back through to its position as shown in the linked image from the instructions.
