The Brophy 5 Slot Tool Rack for E-Track - Black Powder Coated Steel # ETTH is 24 inches long edge to edge. The inner diameter of each slot is 2 inches and the fittings that mount to your E-Track are 16 inches on center. I've attached a couple videos to assist.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
