The mounting holes on the JIF Winch # 315-W2500D are pretty standard but I'm not able to track down the pattern on your Ranger Boat Trailer, so I can't verify fitment (without drilling). I would just try to compare the bracket holes on your trailer with the mounting hole dimensions pictured above to determine compatibility.

The base on 2-Speed Boat Trailer Winch #315-W2500D measures 5-3/4 inches wide by 7-1/8 inches long. I have included a picture showing this for you and a link to a video review on this winch.
