Depending on how far they cut back at the factory tow package, you may be able to just a 7-Way plug like part # C55774. If they just cut off the 7-way plug but not the OEM connector port under the bumper this will work. I have attached a photo of what you will need to look for. You did say that your truck came with a factory wiring harness but if you do not have the two relays behind the panel on your dash board to the left of your steering wheel then you will need to add those from the Curt Relay Kit # C57000 so please keep that mind.
If you get under your Nissan and realize they have cut the OEM wiring above the OEM connector port for the wiring and you have blunt cut wires then it will require some hardwiring with Hopkins Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way RV-Style Connector part # HM41145. I have attached the wiring configuration of the plug. If you are still having trouble figuring out what wiring is left or if you have a different connector then the one pictured please send me a photo of your wiring.
White: ground wire
Red: reverse light
Black: auxiliary power
Blue: electric brakes
