Is Shank On Curt C45650 Multi-Ball Ball Mount Solid or Hollow
Question:
Is the 2inch shaft a solid bar or as I suspect a 2inch box channel with welded end caps?

Helpful Expert Reply:
The shank used on the Curt # C45650 mult-ball ball mount is a solid piece of bar stock, not a hollow tube. If you look at the hitch pin hole in the photo I've provided, you can see that the bar is solid.
