There are a couple of differences between the two. The JetStream bars like # Y00425 are made of extruded aluminum while the CoreBars such as the # Y00421 you've looked at are constructed of galvanized steel. As you've mentioned, the CoreBar has a higher capacity. The primary difference is that the JetStream bars feature the T-Slot channel at the top that allows quick and easy accessory installation, while accessories used with the CoreBars would need to clamp around the crossbar.

The JetStream bars are compatible with both accessories that channel mount and clamp mount, so that's what I'd recommend. The price differential comes primarily from the fact that the JetStream bars are more complicated to manufacture.

I've linked to product description videos for both types of crossbars.
