Availability of SwiveLift Loading System with Shorter Stinger to Use with a 2014 Buick Enclave

Is there a shorter tube option for use on an SUV, since you dont have a tailgate to worry about?

While Vikings Solutions doesn't make the SwiveLift Loading System # 310-VSL001 with a shorter stinger, you may be able to utilize the Rack Jack II Hoist # 310-VRJ001 instead for your 2014 Buick Enclave since you can push your cargo in towards your rear hatch area while letting some of the cable out. Aside from that there isn't anything else that would accomplish what you're trying to do short of using loading ramps and finding a way to mount a winch inside your SUV.
