Will Ground Stand # 310-VRJ002 Fit Rack Jack Magnum Hoist

Question:

Can this stand be used with the Rack Jack Magnum to make more versatile. I do understand that the lifting weight of the magnun would be reduced to 300lbs since it is not hooked up to a 2 inch hitch.
