Most Hidden Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2019 Honda CR-V

The most hidden trailer hitch we have for your 2019 Honda CR-V is the etrailer.com hitch part # e98848 which I recommend for you. Only the hitch opening hangs below the rear bumper so not only is it the most hidden but it will give you the best ground clearance.
For trailer wiring the Tekonsha kit part # 118741 would be the kit you'd want too. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
If you wanted to do some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
