Parts Needed To Tow Trailer With 2020 Toyota RAV4 Adventure

Will the draw-tite hitch 76201 fit my 2020 Rav4 adventure? what else do i need to tow a small 1000 lb trailer without brakes?

Yes, The etrailer Hitch Receiver part # e23ZR is a fit for the 2020 Toyota Rav4 Adventure. It is a concealed cross tube so the only portion that is visible once installed is the receiver tube for a nice clean looking install. It has plenty enough capacity to tow your small 1,000 lb trailer. I have attached an installation video of the hitch on a 2019 RAV4 Adventure for your reference. (The installation will be the same for the 2020).
You will also need wiring to tow with the Toyota RAV4. For the wiring I recommend T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56434 which is a plug and play wiring harness so it doesn't require splicing. The Tekonsha brand wiring has been known to last longer compared to the other options. I have attached an installation video of the wiring for you as well. I also recommend to add a bracket part # 18144 so you can mount the wiring harness to the vehicle.
Since you plan on towing you may consider the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. If you are not sure how much rise/drop you may need in a ball mount to tow your trailer level, I recommend to take a look at the helpful article I have attached about how to figure the amount of rise or drop you may need.
