Can Wiring Harness Be Installed After Hitch On 2019 Mazda CX-5
Question:
I have a 2019 Mazda CX-5 I purchased Draw-Tite 76138 can i install the wiring later? I don't know if I need it yet.

Yes, you can install the wiring harness on a 2019 Mazda CX-5 after you install the Draw-Tite hitch part # 76138 if you want to wait. A lot of customers install the wiring after the hitch once they decide if they will be towing a trailer with lights or just an accessory like a bike rack. If you plan on towing a trailer, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Wiring harness part # 118746 for the 2019 Mazda CX-5. The Tekonsha brand can handle 7.5 amps per circuit which is a bit more power than the other options. The converter of the Tekonsha brand is also known to be more reliable.
