For the Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16130, Curt does recommend that "black graphite grease" be used for the jaw before initial use and every 1,000 miles thereafter. Black graphite grease can usually be obtained at a local auto parts or hardware store and will probably just be labeled as "graphite grease."

You can use the grease fitting that is centered in the cast base plate to grease the lower bearing assembly. The fitting is visible while looking down through the jaws in their locked position. I attached pictures that show where all of the grease fittings are.

Since you said the "new Q20" that makes me think that maybe you have an A20 # C16140 instead as that's the new version of the Q20 and it does have the grease fittings in a different location. They are located on the front of each jaw.The jaws must be in the closed and locked position for the zerks to be accessible. They are kind of hard to see but I attached a picture that points them out.
