No, the whole fan assembly like part # MA00-04500K would need to be removed from the roof, leaving the inner frame. Then the unit would need to be disassembled to get the operator mechanism to replace it with part # MA10-20281K-1AF. I have attached an exploded diagram that shows the pieces of a MaxxAir Fan for your reference.
