How do I remove 4 tabs so I can clean remove screen for cleaning?

The four tabs that hold the screen of the MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-04000K rotate. So what you'd need to do is rotate the tabs and you'd be able to remove the screen.
