You can use the Hopkins 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket # HM40975 to replace your factory 7 and 4 pole socket on your 2017 Ford F-350. This is a direct replacement and will mount exactly where the old plug was. To install it, you will separate the socket from the harness and plug the new socket in. You won't need to use the included mounting bracket as you already have the exact cut-out for this.
It doesn't appear we have anything that would replace the OEM harness of your 2017 F-350 but if that is what you are looking for and you can send me a photo of the connector, I may be able to help.
