Can B and W Companion Slider Hitch for GM Factory Rail Kit be Used in Ford Rail Kit

I have a BandW Companion hitch with GM pattern mounts. Is there a kit that allows for GM pattern mounts in a Ford truck?

The only option you really have if you wanted to reuse as much of your current hitch as possible would be to swap the head off of your current Companion slider for GM rail kits part # BWRVK3770 onto the base slider that fits the Ford OEM rail kit part # BWRVB3370.
It might be a better option though to go with an all new Ford Companion slider hitch part # BWRVK3300 as that would allow you to sell your old hitch as a complete unit which would be easier than just a base.
