Yes, there is a size difference between the Kenda Karrier ST235/80R16 like part # AM10248 and a Goodyear Endurance ST235/85R16 like part # 724860519. The diameter of the ST235/80R16 is 30.9" and the section width is 9.4". The Goodyear Endurance ST235/85R16 has a diameter of 31.73" and a section width of 9.25". The ST235/85R16 is a couple inches larger then the ST235/80R16. They both fit 16" wheels.

You can use the larger tire if you have the clearance to do so. We recommend at least 3-4 inches of clearance above the top of the tire thread to allow for normal travel of the trailer's suspension. You also at least want a 1/2" between the sidewall and the trailer frame. I have added a helpful article that explains measuring a tire for your reference.
