Does this bike rack allow for a trailer to be hooked up to the back as well?

I do have an option for you but the Curt Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches part # C18085 does not allow for a trailer to be hooked up as well because the bike rack pins into the trailer hitch that would be needed to tow with.

I recommend the Curt Clamp-On 3 Bike Rack for 2" Ball Mounts part # C18013 which fits around 2 inch ball mount and allows you to carry 3 bikes. You can then use the ball mount and ball to connect the trailer to. I have attached a video for your reference.
