For your 2019 Honda CR-V I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76128 because it has a 2" receiver and allows you to still utilize the Hands-Free Liftgate feature. Since there is some extra material between the sensors and your foot it is a little more selective so you will have to experiment a little to find the sweet spot.

If you'd like a more stylish trailer hitch then the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98848 is an excellent option that still gives you the 2" receiver so you have more freedom in choices for accessories. This option does block the sensors but your local Honda dealer can provide you with a sensor relocation kit to purchase so that you don't lose the Hands-Free Liftgate feature.
