Best Fifth Wheel Hitch that Fits 2018 Ram 3500 with Factory Rail Kit
Question:
I currently have RAM 3500 drw with factory hitch curt that i tow my 41’Redwood with a Lippert Trail Air flex pinbox... I get a what i consider a really ruff ride both chucking and clunking ..adjusting air pressure helps some but i really feel this combo is working against each other ...So I’m leaning toward replacing with BandW..Is it a good combo with my pin box and would i get a smother ride over the interstates????

The B and W Companion Hitch part # BWRVK3600 is definitely your best option. This hitch will give you a much smoother ride quality when compared to the Curt you have now. Curt has more of a reputation for the chucking you are experiencing whereas the Companion hitches on the other hand are known to be the smoothest and quietest option. The Companion hitches hold the king pin of the trailer the tightest of all the hitches out there and are widely considered to be the best fifth wheel hitches.
This hitch in combination with a Flex Air pin box will give you a very smooth and quiet ride quality like you are wanting. I attached a review video for this hitch for you to check out as well.
