Will the Curt Trailer Hitch Support Strap Work on a 2012 Honda CR-V

C13119 states that a stabilizing strap 18050 should be used with a bike hitch. For the 2012 CR-V, where do they recommend making this strap connection? Thank you.

The recommended strap connection point for the Curt Support Strap, part # 18050, is at the bottom of your tailgate on your 2012 Honda CR-V. You can simply wrap the strap around your bike rack then insert the hook facing up into the bottom lip of the hatch and then tighten the strap so the bike rack is being pulled to the rear of the vehicle.
