Where Does the Blue Wire Go On the 7-Way When Using the Curt Echo
Question:
I currently have a Curt 4 pin flat w/ circuit protection wired in. I am adding the Echo w/ the ETBC7. Since the Prodigy Echo is the controller, what do I do with the brake wire on the vehicle side connector? Hoping this question makes sense.

If you are using the Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180 with the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller part # ETBC7 then you only need to run the black wire to the battery and then the white wire to a ground. The blue (brake output) and yellow wires do not need to be run and can just be tied off. I think this is what you are asking but if not please just let me know.
